Operations & Cannabis Handling Disclosure
Desert2Garden LLC operates as a cannabis brand and does not directly manufacture, process, handle, store, package, or distribute cannabis or cannabis products at our business location.
Our facility is used solely for non-cannabis business activities, including the storage and staging of packaging materials, labels, hardware, equipment, marketing materials, and other non-cannabis business property.
All cannabis-related manufacturing, processing, handling, storage, packaging, and other regulated cannabis activities associated with Desert2Garden-branded products are performed by Canfections, an independently licensed New Jersey cannabis manufacturer, at Canfections’ licensed facility.
Desert2Garden does not maintain cannabis inventory at its premises and does not conduct cannabis cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, processing, retail sales, or on-site distribution from its location.
Desert2Garden’s role is limited to brand ownership, product development, marketing, packaging design, and other non-cannabis business and administrative activities.
